On Black Friday, Dustin and I started out the morning with some Christmas cheer! I made Pumpkin pancakes and we listened to some Christmas music on Pandora. We actually
wait until after Thanksgiving to listen, so it was a very exciting morning for me! After having lunch with my family in town from Ohio, we packed the car and started the drive to Lopez Island to join Dustin's mom, dad, brother and grandmother.
On our drive we made stops to Cabellas, TJ Maxx, Gap Outlet and Lulu Lemon Outlet. I have always wanted to stop at the Premium Outlets in Burlington, so it was nice to not be rushed and take our time up to Anacortes before catching the ferry.

Once we arrived to his grandma's house, we devoured Thanksgiving leftovers that his aunt had made the previous day. His aunt, White Bear, is a fabulous chef and owns a local cafe on the Island. We also ate there the next day for lunch and breakfast on Sunday. So delicious! Other weekend highlights included a morning run/walk around the Island, shopping around town and lots of relaxation.
